Customer Stories
The technique is beyond praise—the portrait is so lifelike and delicate, with tremendous feeling. I specifically chose an artist who specializes in pets, and the result is completely different from the inexpensive work you see elsewhere. If you want a pet portrait, you can choose them with complete confidence.
I love this rich, ever-changing sense of texture. These colors express the warmth my Michi gives me—when he is beside me, the whole world lights up. The artist did a wonderful job. Thank you.
A birthday surprise for my daughter—this custom oil painting made the occasion feel truly special. The artist's skill is exceptional: her sweet smile and playful peace-sign pose were captured perfectly, the Miao silver ornaments are detailed down to the finest strands, and the Dong village scenery creates a wonderful atmosphere. My daughter screamed with delight when she opened it and said it was the most thoughtful and meaningful gift she had ever received. A hand-painted work of art feels more precious than any toy. I am extremely satisfied.
Our Wang Tiezhu finally has his own portrait—a little cat beneath the sunflowers. May he always stay as bright and happy as sunshine.
I asked Artist Yang to paint it, and the result speaks for itself. The price is reasonable and absolutely justified by the quality. I will come back every year to have another portrait made of our little one. Highly recommended.
After such a long wait, I was incredibly excited when the painting arrived. It is very delicately painted, and I even received progress photos along the way. You can tell it was hand-painted by a fine-arts-trained artist—every strand of hair is visible. It was delayed by a few days, but when the painting is this beautiful, I do not mind. Thank you. I will come back to PFH's artists when I need another painting.
This tousled, free-spirited little one is my Salt. One month after you left, you can be with me forever again, Salt.
Mr. Shuai painted my little lion—my brave little lion.
I really love the artist's academic approach. I did not want something that looked exactly like a photograph, and I never expected my photo to become a painting with so much artistic character. The thick brushwork feels unmistakably like oil paint. Their academic style is not awkward like some others—it keeps a sense of truth while still feeling highly artistic.
The artist is highly skilled and captured the soul of my companion.
Our custom pet oil painting has arrived, and it captures our little companion's expression perfectly—even that proud little look is rendered beautifully. The background suits the pet's personality, and having it at home feels as though our companion is always with us. It is incredibly comforting.
This was a gift for my wife's 35th birthday. The artist is highly skilled, with confident brushwork, and my wife was especially pleased.
The painting turned out beautifully. At first I worried it might not be good, but customer service explained that they would send a photo for approval before shipping. They were very patient throughout.
The artist patiently helped with revision after revision. Thank you.
I specifically sought out an experienced artist skilled in overseas masterworks, and the result is truly wonderful. It was painted in a traditional manner, and I absolutely love it. It was a gift for an overseas client, and they loved it too. I have commissioned from this seller several times; they are genuinely dependable.
For the Year of the Horse, I commissioned an artist to paint a sweeping scene of galloping horses. The painting has tremendous feeling and a wonderful material quality in person. You can tell it was made by an accomplished painter, and the color control is excellent. My family loves it.
My Lightning, you were beside me through countless competitions, countless training sessions, countless failures, and countless moments of success. I will keep you in my heart forever.
The atmosphere is excellent, and the artist's ability is truly impressive. I know a little about oil painting myself, and both the finished quality and the process stand up to close examination. This is a very professional artist. I am extremely satisfied with the style of this painting—it is excellent value.
There was no little butterfly in front of Lulu in the original photo. The artist chose to add one, which made the composition feel more lively and warm. I especially love it.
Is that really our Qiuqiu? The portrait has such an artistic quality. I love the texture of the oil paint. The studio created the design for us, and it feels fresh, distinctive, and warm. The color combination is also beautifully done.
Our team and artists also cherish the pets, family members, and friends who share our lives. We understand the meaning behind these bonds and bring that understanding to every portrait we create.
Unlike a print, every painting carries the artist’s decisions, attention, and creative thought. Made with care, it gains a presence and soul of its own.
Emerging and established commissions include a preview to help confirm the direction and result. Master artists often have a distinct creative character, so their commissions center on discussion and co-creation.
If your artwork is damaged in transit, we will arrange a repaint or agree on compensation. For quality concerns after delivery, contact PFH within 7 days.
Our Story
A native of Siem Reap, Cambodia, Rathana lost his family at a young age. At 23, he chose to build an orphanage and teach the children Khmer leather carving—a traditional craft they could carry forward with dignity.
In January 2015, we helped share Rathana’s artwork and story with a wider audience, helping the children gain access to better resources. His compassion planted an idea that would later shape Paint For Heart: true art, true heart.
